The collections comprise of hand tufted rugs from India using a Pure Wool pile in standard and custom sizes.

Important Tip: We recommend using a rug underlay for all our indoor rugs. This item cannot be delivered to a PO Box, only to a street address.
Please Note: Dispatch of designer rugs can take up to 7-14 business days. We may request further stock direct from our partner factory in Holland, if demand is requested higher than supply, which will be sent via air freight. The same dispatch period will still apply.
While all items have been photographed with the best care and true to its colours, each rug is hand-made with natural dyes and variations of colour can occur in the manufacturing process. These are considered unique and are what characterises each designer rug over standardised machine made products.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, as we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy is for 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be in the original packaging.
