Please Note: Dispatch of designer rugs can take up to 7-14 business days. We may request further stock direct from our partner factory in Holland if demand is requested higher than supply, which will be sent via air freight. The same dispatch period will still apply.
While all items have been photographed with the best care and true to their colours, each rug is hand-made with natural dyes and variations of colour can occur in the manufacturing process. These are considered unique and are what characterize each designer rug over standardized machine-made products.

Prompt shipping and expert packing
We offer a wide range of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we provide. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being delivered. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients across many countries. The fact that we are dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the world is obvious. Warehouses and distribution centers are found in Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
