Please Note: Dispatch of designer rugs can take up to 7-14 business days. We may request further stock direct from our partner factory in Holland if demand is requested higher than supply, which will be sent via air freight. The same dispatch period will still apply.
While all items have been photographed with the best care and true to their colours, each rug is hand-made with natural dyes and variations of colour can occur in the manufacturing process. These are considered unique and are what characterizes each designer rug over standardized machine-made products.

Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Before they are shipped, your goods will be carefully inspected and secured. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a different processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in the original package.
